The Mahindra Group recently launched Season Six of the ‘Mahindra War Room’, its innovative employer branding and talent attraction initiative. This program is designed on the basis of the Mahindra Group's decade old "War Room" practice which is used as a major tool to engineer the transformation of the Group. A campus version called 'Mahindra War Room' was created in 2008 and this strategy contest has evolved into a cult brand since its inception.
This contest offers students from India’s top B-Schools a chance to apply their strategic skills and knowledge to develop innovative solutions for actual business challenges of diverse Mahindra group Buisnesses.

Mahindra War Room gives students the opportunity to creatively respond to live and realistic business issues through a rigorous evaluation process. The issues are developed into sector caselets and students are asked to generate realistic solutions during six months of intense planning and execution.
The best team from each campus is selected and flown down to Mumbai, where they present their strategies to a jury comprising Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group and the Presidents.
