Kabra Extrusion Technik on Wednesday intimated exchanges about its plan to voluntarily delist equity shares on BSE.

In a public notice which was filed on exchanges today, Kabra Extrusion Technik said the company proposes to delist its equity shares voluntarily from the BSE Limited to save recurring expenditure on the listing fees payable to the Sensex operator.

However, the company does not intend to delist from NSE.

Kabra Extrusion Technik stated that trading on BSE is negligible compared to trading equity shares on NSE and further continues to reduce over a while.

The company said, "Such delisting will not adversely affect the investors, as the said securities shall continue to be listed on NSE, which has nationwide trading terminals."
