Izmo estimates mild Covid-19 impact on profitability and liquidity, stock ends lower

The company’s Q4FY20 revenue decreased by 16.84% qoq.

Izmo Limited informed the exchanges Wednesday that due to Covid-19 crisis the profitability of the company will be impacted 5-10% and liquidity 10-15%. The company has availed the moratorium announced by RBI.

The company’s revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, of Rs570.07lac, has decreased by 16.84% in comparison to the previous quarter ended December 31, 2019, due to Covid-19 pandemic worldwide.

In view of the lockdown across the country due to Covid-19 pandemic, the office was non-operationalise and all employees were provided work from home facility in compliance with the directives issued by the relevant authorities.
Later on, the office was operational with minimum number of employees in compliance with the directives issued by the relevant authorities.

IZMO Ltd trade ended Rs20.35 down by Rs1.05 or 4.91% from its previous closing of Rs21.40 on the BSE.
