Max Specialty Films elevates K Manohar to the position of Chief Executive Officer

Max Ventures Limited informed the exchanges that its subsidiary Max Specialty Films Limited (MSF) has accepted the resignation of Ramneek Jain as its Chief Executive Officer effective January 14, 2022; and elevated K. Manohar, currently the Chief Technology Officer, to the position of Chief Executive Officer effective January 14, 2022, to provide continuity and directions to the operations of MSF.

The company had informed on November 14, 2022, with respect to the proposal for sale/disposal/alienation of the entire 51% of the paid-up share capital held by MSF, a material unlisted subsidiary of the Company, in two tranches, to Toppan Inc.

Briefing about the profile of K. Manohar, company said he is the current Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Company. Manohar is a Rank holder in Chemical engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. He originally hails from Mysore and is well settled in Punjab with family for last 33 years.

Towards close of trade on Friday, Max Ventures and Industries Ltd was trading at Rs128.20 per share down by Rs1.95 or 1.5% from its previous closing of Rs130.15 per share on the BSE.
