The issue comprises of 950 NCDs of Rs10 lakh each for cash at par. Notably, these NCDs are not proposed to be listed.

A coupon rate of 5.5% per annum is set on the NCDs.
On Sensex, Jubilant Lifescience finished at Rs1004.85 per piece up Rs26.65 or 2.72%.
