3M India decides to consolidate its production in Maharashtra

The Pimpri facility is owned and managed by 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited, which is a 100% subsidiary of 3M India Limited.

3M India Limited has announced that the company has decided to consolidate its manufacturing operations in Pune, Maharashtra to a single facility in Ranjangaon.

The company also decided to discontinue its production unit at its Pimpri facility during the quarter October - December 2021.

At present,the Pimpri facility is owned and managed by 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited, which is a 100% subsidiary of 3M India Limited.

Once all the related approvals are in place, the company shall ensure smooth transition of the business and their committment to minimizing any disruption for its customers and growth of the company.
3M India ended at Rs20,952 per piece down by Rs610.8 or 2.83% from its previous closing of Rs21,562.80 on the BSE.
