Anand Rathi Wealth logs 239% yoy growth in PAT at Rs35 crore for Q4FY22; stock hits the roof

Anand Rathi Wealth’s counter bounced to a new 52-week high of Rs721.35 per share in Wednesday morning trade, after the wealth manager posted its results for the Q4FY22 and FY22 with double-digit growth numbers. However, as of now half of early morning gains have been erased, and stock is currently selling at Rs687.80 on NSE.

Anand Rathi’s results cheered the investors as the company reported a two-fold jump in its PAT at Rs35 crore in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs10 crore in Q4FY21, up by 239% yoy. PAT for the FY22 reported at Rs127 crore as against Rs45 crore in FY21, registering a growth of 184% yoy.

The company reported an EBITDA of Rs46 crore during Q4FY22 as compared to Rs14 crore in Q4FY21, up by 216% yoy. While EBITDA for FY22 was reported at Rs177 crore as compared to Rs70 crore in FY21, reporting a jump of 155% yoy.

Revenue for FY22 was reported at Rs426 crore as against Rs279 crore, registering a growth of 52% yoy. It reported a surge of 49% yoy during Q4FY22 at Rs115 crore as compared to Rs77 crore in Q4FY21.

Total AUM for Q4 & FY22 was reported at Rs32,906 crore as compared to Q4 & FY21, up by 23% yoy.

Company paid final dividend of Rs6 per equity share, total dividend of Rs11 per equity share. Client Engagement Partners (CEPs) increased to 316 with 3,907 active clients.

Revenue increased significantly by 56% to Rs409 crore of Private Wealth. It reported an increase of 23% in AUM at Rs32,054 crore.
