Ascensive Educare bags skill training project worth from State Urban Development Agency, West Bengal

Ascensive Educare Ltd. announced that the company has received approval for Skill training from the State Urban Development Agency, West Bengal.

The objective of this training is to develop a pool of skilled youth from urban poor households across the ULBs and connect all successful candidates with a sustainable livelihood. So, ULB and STP need to closely monitor and motivate candidates to ensure zero dropouts, the company said in the filing.

The training will be organized in cluster mode, SMART accredited training centre (must be certified by NSDC) is mandatory. Conveyance allowance will be provided to the successful candidates as per actual max Rs.500 (Five hundred) per month, STP will be responsible to ensure that all candidates successfully achieve certificates from respective SSC. STP will be responsible to ensure at least 50% of candidates are in salaried employment and 20% in self-employment with minimum income generation as mentioned in the updated component guideline.

A demonstration program with ULB authority, STP candidates need to be organized within 1(one) week. The training needs to be commenced within 2(two) weeks. The work order will be issued once the batch is uploaded into the MIS portal. The payment installments will be released via PAiSA portal.

Ascensive’s scrip opened at Rs 27.35 against its previous closing price of Rs 28.70, and is currently trading at Rs 29.40, up by 70 paise of 2.44%.
