Subsequent to the above acquisition, the equity shareholding of CVL (including the investment held by the wholly-owned subsidiary) in CMDCPL has increased from 49% to 50%, said the company in a BSE filing on Monday post market hours.
The stock of Crest Ventures was trading at 174.60 per share, down by Rs 0.50 or 0.29% as at 1018 hours on Tuesday, on the BSE. The stock hit an intraday high and low of Rs 175.10 and Rs 173.05 per share, respectively.
The stock attracted a traded volume of 601 shares and traded value of Rs 1.08 lakh on the NSE. The company had hit its 52-week high of Rs 214 per share on July 24, 2017, and 52-week low of Rs 55.55 per share on September 30, 2016, on the NSE.
