The company had a credit rating of ‘CRISIL A1+’ by CRISIL Ratings for Commercial Paper of Rs600cr. As per the company’s request, CRISIL Ratings has reduced the rated quantum of commercial paper to Rs100cr from Rs600cr.
This is to inform that upon reduction in the quantum of rated amount of Commercial Paper of the company from Rs600cr to Rs100cr, CRISIL ratings has reaffirmed its rating of ‘CRISIL A1+’ for the said instrument effective today i.e. June 8, 2021.
At around 10.46 AM, Tata Chemicals Ltd was trading at Rs754.55 per piece up Rs10.50 or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs744.05 per piece on the BSE.
