FII, DII cashflow updates

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers in the cash markets with net cash outflow of Rs 43.74 Cr on Thursday

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers in the cash markets with net cash outflow of Rs 43.74 Cr. The domestic institutional investors, on the other hand, were net buyers with a cash inflow of Rs 40.78 Cr.

Major benchmark indices, Nifty closed lower by 64 points or 0.6% at 10,145 level, while Sensex dropped by 219 points or 0.67% at 32,389 level.
 
There were 904 advances, 721 declines and 74 unchanged stocks on NSE indicating positive breadth floating in the market.

India VIX ended higher by 7.41% at 12.39 level.
