FII, DII cashflow updates

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers in the cash markets with net cash inflow of Rs 3,582.5 Cr on Wednesday.

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers in the cash markets with net cash inflow of Rs 3,582.5 Cr. The domestic institutional investors, on the other hand, were net buyers with cash outflow of Rs 155.71  Cr.

Major benchmark indices, Nifty closed higher by 87 points or 0.86% at 10,295 level, while Sensex rose by 435 points or 1.33% at 33,042 level.
 
There were 718 advances, 998 declines and 83 unchanged stocks on NSE indicating negative breadth floating in the market. India VIX ended higher by 1.47% at 11.76 level.
