GM Breweries gains 3% post Q2FY19 results

The company's profit in Q2FY19 jumped to Rs19.42cr vs. Rs15.73cr in the same period a year ago.

Shares of GM Breweries gained 3% in the morning session on Friday after the company’s profit in the second quarter of FY19 jumped 23% yoy.

The company's profit in Q2FY19 jumped to Rs19.42cr vs. Rs15.73cr in the same period a year ago. Revenue of the company also increased to Rs413.59cr vs. Rs384.82cr in the same period in the previous year. GM Breweries has announced the results on Thursday after market hours.

G M Breweries Ltd is currently trading at Rs578.05 up by Rs23.5 or 4.24% from its previous closing of Rs554.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs577 and has touched a high and low of Rs580 and Rs556.60 respectively. So far 71,312 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs1,013.58cr.
