Goldiam International approves Rs45.60cr buyback after conclusion of postal ballot; Stock up ~2%

The company has duly passed the special resolution approving the buyback of up to 3,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares or Rs10/- each at a price of Rs1200/-.

Goldiam International Limited concluded the postal ballot by remote e-voting process on Wednesday. Based on the report of the scrutinizer, the company has duly passed the special resolution approving the Buyback of up to 3,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares or Rs10/- each at a price of Rs1200/-, aggregating to Rs45.60cr.  The company had put up the notice of postal ballot on September 13, 2021. 

At around 10.18 am, Goldiam International Ltd was trading at Rs956.95 per piece up by Rs15.95 or 1.7% from its previous closing of Rs941 per piece on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs949.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs965.65 and Rs941.70 respectively.
