Gujarat Industries Power commissions 9 Wind Turbine Generators of 18 MW in Gujarat

Gujarat Industries Power Co Ltd is currently trading at Rs 93, up by Rs 0.35 or 0.38% from its previous closing of Rs 92.65 on the BSE after the company informed BSE that nine Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 2 MW each aggregating to 18 MW have been commissioned by GIPCL at the Rojmal Wind Farm Site, in Amreli, Gujarat.

Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) has issued a Certificate of Commissioning dated October 20, 2016.

The scrip opened at Rs 93 and has touched a high and low of Rs 93.9 and Rs 92.5 respectively. So far 27828(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1401.33 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 99 on 13-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 73 on 09-Nov-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 94 and Rs 88.5 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.21 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.21 % and 15.58 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
