Hotel stocks shine; Jindal Hotels hits 20% upper limit

Hotel stocks surged on BSE after global investment banking major Goldman Sachs bought minority stake in Indian hotel investment and development firm SAMHI Hotels, according to reports.

Jindal Hotels hit 20% upper limit at Rs. 45.  The scrip opened at Rs. 37 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45 and Rs. 37 respectively. So far 37787(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22.5 crore.


Royal Orchid Hotels hit 10% upper circuit for the second consecutive session at Rs.100.45.  The scrip opened at Rs. 94.9 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 100.45 and Rs. 94.9 respectively. So far 2528170(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 248.75 crore.

Hotel Leelaventure jumped 3.8% to Rs.23. The scrip opened at Rs. 22.2 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 24.1 and Rs. 21.9 respectively. So far 2800930(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1026.54 crore.
