HPCL expands footing in Non-Fuel retailing; opens new HaPpyShop stores in Mumbai

28 Jan 2022 , 05:57 PM

HPCL Ltd. announced its opening of two more Convenience Stores under its brand name 'HaPpyShop'. The company has opened its new HaPpyShop stores at its Auto Care Centre, Bandra West in Mumbai, and Millennium Retail Outlet in Visakhapatnam.

HPCL opened its first Retail Store under the brand name HaPpyShop at its Retail Outlet at Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai in September 2021 and has been a huge hit ever since its opening amongst the residents of the locality. In addition to the above, the Online Store at Madurai was also inaugurated, marking the entry of HaPpyShop in purely e-commerce format.

HPCL is committed to setting up its chain of multi-channel retail stores under the brand HaPpyShop for catering to the daily needs of its customers. The product range is highly diversified to suit the varied needs and preferences of customers in the local neighborhood. The customers are appreciative of the stores’ refreshing appearance. The stores are also equipped with advanced technology to provide a quality shopping experience to their customers.

Speaking on the occasion, C&MD HPCL Shri Surana said, “HPCL is focused on giving a unique experience to the customers. HaPpyShops will provide a range of quality products to the customers at a great value"

Customers have the option to choose from physical store visits or online shopping with a door delivery model. They could browse & shop the merchandise on HPCL’s ‘HP Pay App’ (available on app store & play store), and get goods timely delivered to their residence.

HPCL closed at Rs 313.50, up by Rs 5.20 or 1.69% against its previous closing price of Rs 308.30. The scrip touched an intraday high and low of Rs 322.60 and Rs 310 respectively.
