IOC, Bajaj Auto drop ~2% after Q3FY19 results

Shares of IOC fell to a low of Rs132.70 on the BSE after the oil major reported a 90% decline in PAT in Q3FY19. Bajaj Auto shares also witnessed a slump of 2% despite posting a 16% rise in net profits.

Shares of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) dipped 2% in intraday trade on Wednesday after the company posted a weak set of numbers for Q3FY19. The share prices fell to a low of Rs132.70 on the BSE after the oil major reported a 90% decline in PAT in Q3FY19. Read more.

Bajaj Auto shares also witnessed a slump of 2% during trading hours despite posting a 16% rise in net profits. Revenue also jumped 16%, a marginal rise over the street estimates of Rs7,361cr. Read more.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd share price is currently at Rs134.90, down Rs2.6, or 1.89%, from its previous close of Rs137.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs137.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs138 and Rs132.70, respectively. So far, 1,60,27,524 (NSE+BSE) shares have been traded on the counter. 

Bajaj Auto Ltd share price is currently at Rs2,498.40, down Rs68.5, or 2.67%, from its previous close of Rs2,566.90 on the BSE. 

The scrip opened at Rs2,594 and has touched a high and low of Rs2,651.45 and Rs2,483.95, respectively. So far, 24,67,719 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter.
