Kellton Tech rallies 5%; board approves allotment of 3 million warrants

Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd climbed 5% to Rs.208.10 at the closing bell after the company said in a notice to BSE that its board approved allotment of 3 million warrants to promoters and non-promoters. The stocks traded on a new 52-week high of Rs. 208.10 with a spurt in volume by more than 3.06 times.

The scrip opened at Rs. 199 and touched a high and low of Rs. 208.1 and Rs. 197 respectively. A total of 2,68,174 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 861.97 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 touched a 52 week low of Rs. 30 on 02-Feb-2015.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.71 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0 % and 37.29 % respectively.

The stock traded below its 50 DMA.
