Mohinder Pal Bansal resigns as Independent Director at Gati; Stock ends 1% up

Gati Ltd. has informed that Mohinder Pal Bansal has stepped down from the position of the Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4th March 2021.

Mohinder Pal Bansal has expressed his intention to resign as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 4th March 2021 due to his personal reasons.

According to the Mohinder Pal, there are no other material reasons for his resignation.

Gati Ltd ended at Rs112.70 per piece up by Rs1.3 or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs111.40 per piece on the BSE.
