Shares of NBCC (India)
gained 2% in Thursday’s morning trade on BSE after it has secured new work for various infrastructure projects.
The company has secured an order from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam to provide Project Management Consultancy services for the development of permanent campus (phase-1) amounting ~Rs463cr. It secured an order to provide project management consultancy services for the development of medical college and hospital at Chamba (Himachal Pradesh) amounting ~Rs200cr.
Further, the company also secured various ghat rehabilitation & development works at Bihar. The estimated project cost is ~Rs100cr. It has also secured Rs130cr of additional work of IIT Bhubaneswar Campus.
NBCC secured and started redevelopment of Puducherry railway station. The estimated project cost is ~Rs110cr.
The total estimated costs of these projects are ~Rs1,003crore, the company added.
NBCC (India) Ltd is currently trading at Rs64.95, up by Rs1.25 or 1.96% from its previous closing of Rs63.70 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs65.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs65.70 and Rs64.60 respectively.
