Sandeep Sikka appointed Chief Financial Officer of HSIL Limited

In his two decade of professional career, Sikka explored all aspects of finance including raising growth capital, profit enhancements & cost optimization, business planning & control and corporate governance.

Sandeep Sikka has joined HSIL Limited with effect from 1st April 2015. A commerce graduate from Delhi University, member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, he brings to HSIL a rich experience of around 20 years with him.
 
In his two decade of professional career, Sikka explored all aspects of finance including raising growth capital, profit enhancements & cost optimization, business planning & control and corporate governance. His keen data analysis, business insights and team approach helped drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. He has been instrumental in International & domestic fund raising, Equity & equity linked offerings, Investors relations, large project financing, corporate restructurings for sustained business growth, business acquisitions, debt renegotiation & restructuring with domestic and international lenders.

Sikka started his career with largest stainless steel producer in India, Jindal Stainless Limited (a part of OP Jindal Group) in the year 1995 and rose to the level of Vice President  & Head –Corporate Finance, in a career spanning more than 17 years. In 2012, he moved to join Usha International Limited (a part of Siddharth Shriram Group) as Group Chief Financial Officer. Usha International is leading consumer durable company with vast distribution network and leading “USHA” brand.
