Shree Digvijay Cement's plant at Sikka escapes Cyclone Tauktae impact; Stock jumps 2%

There is no untoward incident due to the cyclonic storm 'Tauktae'.

Shree Digvijay Cement has informed that the Company had taken all precautionary and safety measures to take care of its employees, workmen, their families, due to cyclonic storm.

Further, the company also informed that their cement plant at Sikka, being a continuous process plant, continue to be in operation and cement manufacturing and dispatch is normal. There is no untoward incident due to the cyclonic storm 'Tauktae'

At around 1:18 PM, Shree Digvijay Cement was trading at Rs77.75 per  piece up by Rs1.7 or 2.24% from its previous closing of Rs76.05 per piece on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs77 apiece and has touched a high and low of Rs78.05 apiece and Rs75.65 apiece respectively during early trading hours on Dalal Street.
