Shares of Zee Entertainment

According to the Mint report, Sony Corp. is in advanced talks to buy a stake in Zee Entertainment and form a strategic partnership.
Subhash Chandra is looking to sell 20-25% stake in the BSE-listed company that is struggling to raise funds and pay off debt, the media report added.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd is currently trading at Rs456.15, up by Rs8.05 or 1.8% from its previous closing of Rs448.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs453 and has touched a high and low of Rs459.95 and Rs453 respectively.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs609.75 on 02-May-2018 and a 52-week low of Rs288.95 on 25-Jan-2019. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs478.05 and Rs445.65 respectively.
