28 Nov 2022 , 03:18 PM

TARC Limited has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for its premium residential project, TARC Maceo, in Gurugram's lush and sprawling Sector 91.

TARC Maceo is a 15.75-acre development that features premium 7/3/4 BHK apartments and palatial penthouses. Squash courts, swimming pool, gym, yoga, and meditation room, restaurant, amphitheater, lily pond and seating, lounge, kids' play area, skating rink, multilevel security check, pre-school, shuttle service, and much more are among the amenities and services provided by the project.

The current booking offering is Rs6,300 per sq. ft., representing a 44% increase in one year.

TARC Maceo is the ideal setting for a new beginning, with lush green natural surroundings that provide some respite from the polluted environs of the main city.

To ensure long-term solutions that reduce carbon footprints, the project includes rainwater harvesting, wastewater treatment, and solar panels. Every element at TARC Maceo has been carefully considered in terms of its environmental impact, said the company in its media release.

In the current fiscal year, the Company has delivered consistent operational performance. TARC Tripundra, a luxury residential project nestled amidst the scenic and posh environs of Pushpanjali Farms on the main Bijwasan Road in New Delhi, was recently launched.

At around 12.00 PM, TARC Limited was trading 2.07% higher at Rs41.90, against previous close of Rs41.05 on NSE.
