Following are the highlights of the Q3FY17 results declared on Tuesday, post market hours :
Total Income is up by 14.4% at Rs 3,926 cr vs Rs 3,423.3 cr (YoY)
Net profit was declared up by 13.1% at Rs 255.7 cr vs Rs 226.2 cr (YoY)
EBITDA margin was declared at 9.51%
Titan Company Limited is a joint venture between the Tata Group and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) that started operations in 1984 under the name Titan Watches Limited.
In 1994, Titan diversified into jewellery segment named 'Tanishq' and subsequently into eyewear with 'Titan Eyeplus'.
In 2013, Titan entered the fragrances segment, and later that year, it moved into the helmets category under its brand 'Fastrack'. Today, Titan Company is Tata Group’s largest consumer company.

The scrip opened at Rs 396 and touched a high and low of Rs 397 and Rs 386.7 respectively. A total of 2369194(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 34743.51 crore.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 touched a 52 week high of Rs 445 on 07-Sep-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 296.3 on 21-Nov-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 396.05 and Rs 359 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.05 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.19 % and 20.75 % respectively.
