  1. Dabur India:

Due to strong inflation's impact on consumption, the domestic FMCG company recorded a 2.85% fall in its consolidated net profit after tax to Rs 490.86 crore for the second quarter.

  1. Gland Pharma:

For the second quarter that ended September 30, the pharmaceutical company reported a 20.14% fall in consolidated net profit after tax at Rs 241.24 crore due to lower sales and greater expenses.

  1. Hero MotoCorp:

The two-wheeler manufacturer made known that it has teamed with Terrafirma Motors Corporation to assemble and distribute its vehicles in Philippines.

  1. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals:

The pharmaceutical company claimed that the US health authority has placed import alerts on its Baddi production facility.

  1. CSB Bank:

Through an open market transaction, Nomura Singapore sold its 1.52% ownership, or 26,39,673 shares, in the private sector lender for more than Rs61.31 crore.

  1. DLF:

The rental division of the real estate firm, DCCDL, reported a 12% growth in office rental income to R s801 crore and a 54% increase in retail property revenue to Rs 184 crore during the three months ended September 30.

  1. Jammu & Kashmir Bank:

As part of its efforts to strengthen its balance sheet, the PSU lender will list non-performing assets worth Rs 960 crore for sale, according to news reports.

  1. IIFL Finance:

In the September quarter, the financial services provider recorded an increase in its consolidated net profit of 36% to Rs 397 crore.

  1. Zydus Lifesciences:

The pharmaceutical company announced that the USFDA has given its generic Micafungin injectable, which is used to treat various fungal infections, final approval to be marketed.

  1. Trident:

The company has completed an 8.87 MWp solar power installation at Budhni in Madhya Pradesh.
