Venture Catalysts Group Fund is supported by Yes Bank

18 Aug 2022 , 11:36 AM

Yes Bank has made an undisclosed investment in the Venture Catalysts Group Fund, an integrated startup incubator that provides business entrepreneurs with cash, mentorship, and a network.
Additionally, the bank has invested in two of its affiliated companies, Beams Fintech Fund, and 9 Unicorns.
It gives us great pleasure to collaborate with Venture Catalysts and its affiliated platforms, Beams Fintech Fund and 9 Unicorns Accelerator Fund. Ajay Rajan, country head, transaction banking of Yes Bank, stated, "We think this cooperation is on the route to being the go-to bank for technology entrepreneurs."
Apoorva Ranjan Sharma, Anuj Golecha, Anil Jain, and Gaurav Jain formed Venture Catalysts in 2015. The business makes investments in early-stage enterprises ranging from $250,000 to $1.5 million. It has thus far supported over 110 firms, including BharatPe, Beardo, and Blu Smart Mobility.
With this investment, Yes Bank hopes to increase its commitment to digital finance and support innovative startups as they develop and test ideas for a range of applications in industries like agriculture, healthcare, commerce, and education.
