The company has entered into technology transfer agreement with Kukje Machinery, Korea to manufacture of higher horsepower tractors in India, said the company in a BSE filing. For availing the required technology from Kukje Machinery, the company will pay lumpsum technical fee and royalty fees for a period of six years, it added.
VST Tillers Tractors was trading at Rs 1,974.95 per share, down by Rs 6.15 or 0.31% as at 1115 hours on Monday, on the BSE. The stock hit an intraday high and low of Rs 2,029.10 and Rs 1,951, respectively. The stock attracted a traded volume of 3,210 shares and traded value of Rs 63.60 lakh on the NSE.
VST Tillers Tractors Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of power tiller and tractor. The company operates through the manufacturing and trading of agriculture machinery segment. Its products include rice transplanter, power reaper, engines, precision/auto components and agriculture implements.
