(Offer effective from 1st January 2023)

• 1 Successful referral is defined as one who becomes a partner with IIFL Securities Ltd by paying the registration fees within 30 days of being referred and generates Rs 10,000 gross brokerage within 90 days from successful registration.
• 2 The Referrer gets referral reward worth Rs 4,000 for every successful referral.
• 3 The referrer will get the pay-out within 30 days from the time his referee fulfills successful referral condition.
• 4 In case the same referee has been provided by two referrers, the benefit of successful referral will go to the first referrer.
• 5 If the referred partner has already applied with us in last 30 days, he/she will not be considered as a referred partner and no reward will be provided for the same.
• 6 The referrer confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred for providing his/her details.
• 7 IIFL Securities Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer any time before the mentioned validity period without any prior notice. The decision of IIFL Securities Ltd. on all matters relating to, or in connection with the use of this offer shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
• 8 In case the referee happens to be a relative / in blood relation of the referrer then he/she will not be considered in the referral policy.
• 9 IIFL Securities Ltd reserves the right to carry out checks and controls as it deems fit and proper before the credit of referral reward to the referrer.
• 10 Referrer agreeing to the terms and conditions is prohibited to engage into any fraudulent referral activity. Referrer agrees that, IIFL Securities reserves the right to withhold any such credit of Referral Points without any notice to any such Referrer who is involved in fraudulent referral.
