The ROM and Share Transfer Books of the Co. will be closed from Thursday, September 21, 2023 to Thursday, September 28, 2023 & same will be re-opened from Friday, September 29, 2023 onwards. 3.The copy of Notice of 29th AGM and Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 will be submitted to exchange as soon as the same be dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company 4.Approved Schedule of AGM ,cut off date for remote e- voting, remote e-voting start date and end date. 5.Approved Appointment of SCS and CO LLP, PCS as Scrutinizer for E-Voting Process for AGM. Kindly take the Note for Same. We wish to inform you that the 29th AGM of the company will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 4:00 P.M.
