In continuation to the prior intimation of Board meeting submitted vide our letter dated June 23, 2023, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of AU Small Finance Bank Limited (the Bank) at its Meeting held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 has inter-alia, considered and approved the agenda as mentioned in the attached letter. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 A.M and concluded at 02:15 P.M. Pursuant to the Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Twenty Eighth (28th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Bank will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions. We submit herewith a copy of the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2022-23 including Notice convening the 28th AGM of the Bank. The Integrated Annual Report, Notice of the 28th AGM and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2022-23 is also available on the website of the Bank at https://www.aubank.in/reports-and-presentation. Notice of AGM and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2022-23 is being sent to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with Depositories/RTA, through electronic mode Today on July 18, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.07.2023) We wish to inform you that the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AU Small Finance Bank Limited (the Bank) was held on August 10, 2023 at 04:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual means. Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 51 of Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith, the summary of proceedings of the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Bank will disclose the combined results of e-voting, along with the Scrutinizers report to the Stock Exchanges separately.
