The Notice of AGM alongwith Annual Report for financial year 2022-23 is enclosed (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.07.2023) Proceedings of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 10, 2023 Voting results along with Scrutinizers Report on remote e-voting and e-voting at the 23rd AGM of the Company (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 10/08/2023)
