The audit reports are submitted with unmodified opinion (free from any qualifications) and a declaration to that effect is enclosed. Summary of proceedings of 78th Annual General Meeting held on 27 July 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 27.07.2023) Submission of voting results and scrutinizers report (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/07/2023)
