Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 28, 2023 to Friday, August 04, 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company and for determining the shareholders who would be entitled for the payment of dividend, if declared at the forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on August 04, 2023 Newspaper Publication of Notice of 30th Annual General Meeting for FY 2022-23 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 12.07.2023)
