We would like to inform that for the purpose of 104th Annual General Meeting, books of the securities holders will be closed from July 22, 2023 to July 31, 2023. Please find enclosed herewith copies of newspaper advertisement published today i.e. July 12, 2023, intimating the 104th AGM of the Company to be held on August 04, 2023 at 4.00 p.m. (IST) through VC/ OAVM.
