With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform the Stock Exchanges as enclosed. 1.21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 28th June 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). With reference to the captioned subject, we have noticed inadvertent errors of the Annual Report of the bank for the year 2022-23. The errata as well as the Annual Report incorporating the aforesaid corrections is enclosed herewith.
