AGM 31/08/2023 The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 25th August to 31st August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023 93rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 31st August, 2023 at 11.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 24.07.2023) Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith copies of the newspaper advertisement published in compliance with MCA Circulars, in The Echo of India in English and Arthik Lipi in Bengali on 27th July, 2023, intimating that 93rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 31st August, 2023 at 11.30 A.M. through VC/OAVM. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27.07.2023) Copies of newspaper advertisement published on 2nd August, 2023 regarding dispatch of Notice of 93rd AGM, Annual Report and remote e-voting information are attached herewith (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.08.2023) Summary of the proceedings of the 93rd Annual General Meeting. We enclose, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a summary of the proceedings of the 93rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 31st August, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated 12th May, 2023. The Voting Results in the prescribed format in terms of Regulation 44(3) of the Regulations will be provided once the Scrutiniser provides the voting results.
