AGM 30/09/2023 In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today on 11th August, 2023 on Friday at the Registered Office of the Company at 401, Kailash Corporate Lounge, Opp Kailash Business Park, Vikroli (West) - 400079 at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.40 p.m. The Board discussed and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and other items as per the attached file.
