Recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 3.30/- per Equity Share (33.00% per equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2023 out of the profits of the Company. Payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Corporate Action - Book closure - The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 07, 2023 to July 14, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 38th AGM and Final Dividend. The register of members and Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, July 07, 2023 to Friday, July 14, 2023 (both days inclusive).
