The Board of Directors of the Company have at its Meeting held today, inter alia: (i) Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year quarter ended June 30, 2023, as recommended by the Audit Committee; and (ii) Decided to convene the 44th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 22, 2023 through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. We enclose herewith the voting results along with the Scrutinizer report on remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 25.09.2023)
