We wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2023 to August 03, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the Annual General Meeting THE GREAT EASTERN SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED has informed BSE about Notice of Shareholders Meeting for Annual General Meeting.
