The Annual Report for the F.Y. 2022-2023 is also available on the Companys website at www.gretexcorporate.com. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, this is to inform you that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed Monday, July 03, 2023 to Tuesday, July 11, 2023 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 15th Annual General Meeting of Gretex Corporate Services Limited scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at One BKC, Wing - B / 1220 G- Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai - 400051, India.
