Please find enclosed herewith Notice of 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company Harish Textile Engineers Limited to be held on Friday, 29-09-2023 at the Registered Office of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulation), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on 04th September, 2023 at the registered office of the Company at 02nd Floor, 19 Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400069, the Board has approved the transactions as specified in attached Outcome of Board Meeting. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith proceedings of 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
