AGM 24/09/2023 Pursuant under section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act), read with Rules thereunder and Regulations 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, the Register of Members and share transfer books of the company shall remain closed from 18th September, 2023 to 24th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting for the year 2022-23. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 31/08/2023) Pursuant to the Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we are please to inform you that all the resolutions stated in the Notice of the AGM have been duly passed with requisted majority by the members through Remote e-voting and Venue E-voting at AGM of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the company held on Sunday, 24.09.2023. We are enclosing herewith Scruitnizers Report dated 25.09.2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 25.09.2023)
