The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 29th February, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. IST through VC/OAVM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations,2015. we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company along with the notice of the AGM for the Financial Year 2021-2022 which is sent through electronic mode to shareholders.
