In pursuance to Regulation 17 (1C) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 & rules thereunder, an addendum to the Notice of 46th AGM has been circulated electronically to the members to whom notice of 46th AGM was sent via email on August 22, 2022. The copy of the addendum to the notice of 46th AGM is enclosed herewith.
