(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Para A and Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith summary of the Proceedings of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at B-524-526, Chintamani Plaza, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400099. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/09/2023) Please find enclosed the Disclosure of Voting Results under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with Scrutinizers Report of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 21, 2023.
