Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi Edition) Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby submit the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 along with the Notice of the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 along with the Notice of the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. With reference to the above captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 18th August, 2023 to Thursday, 24th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company. In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting proceedings of 29th Annual General Meeting of Medico Remedies Limited held on Thursday, 24th August, 2023 at 4.00 PM through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means.
