Annual Report of the Company for FY2022-23 This is to inform that the 4th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 12:00 noon IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with latest General Circular dated December 28, 2022 together with earlier circulars issued in this regard by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA Circulars) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 read with latest Circular dated January 5, 2023 together with earlier circulars issued in this regard by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI Circulars).
